IT Products Executive

• Build and customize workflows, registry, documents, reports, rates, and contracts • Understand CW and middleware database and infrastructure and securely generate data directly from the database when needed • Understand and document integrations with other systems (SAP ERP, Salesforce, aramex.com, customs authorities, customers, forwarders, GPS, …) • Understand eAdapter, EDI messages, E2E, and Aramex middleware interactions • Participate in the design and implementation of aramex freight processes related to operations, accounting, finance, commercial, procurement, and compliance within CW • Understand the implementation of rates, contracts, CargoGuide, CargoSphere, eAir Booking, and other related modules • Assist in CW system training and rollout/implementation • Master data management and cleanup • Assist the users and MDM team from L1 to L3 and manage requests with WiseTech (WTG) and the implementation partner • Monitor the implementation partner efforts and suggest improvements • Monitor and control user access and logins • Participate in all CW needed solutions from the requirements gathering, to analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance & control
