- Build, execute, and maintain social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification. - Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. - Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. - Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. - Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions .
- Plan, monitor, and supervise the local materials buying processes and transactions (automotive material, Maintenance spare parts, Consumables) to secure needed resources to ensure proper and timely supply of demands, in good conditions and reasonable - Cascade all policies & procedures related to local purchasing department to subordinates. - Search for alternative suppliers for maintenance, spare parts, consumables and Negotiate & analyse materials’ process to ensure efficient cost saving strategies at all times. - Follow-up with financial transactions to ensure smoothness of purchasing processes and maintain suppliers’ loyalty & satisfaction. - Monitor and follow-up supplier’s payments. - Prepare all local and foreign purchasing reports to Top Management. - Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. - Manage supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. - Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation up-to-date.
- Preparation of feasibility reports for new products/lines. - Sets schedule for flow of requisite materials. - Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues ahead. - Monitors the flow of materials stock to avoid production downtime. - Follow-up on material stock & supply process and control. - Planning of production program in coordination with Production managers to meet delivery dates. - Coordinate with other departments (operation-purchasing -quality-sales) to ensure the implementation of all on going production plans. - Manage all planning reports for the Operation Department Head.
