Ensure that equipment and systems used in patient care are functioning and properly configured to meet the need of the medical centres. Maintains DHAMAN’s clinical equipment through the effective use of the Medical Equipment Management Plan. Performs a variety of tasks associated with the installation, preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of biomedical equipment with minimal supervision. Supports Clinical engineer in performing Quality & Safety tests to minimise health risks associated with medical equipment to patients and staff. Monitors quality & safety of clinical equipment to minimise health risks associated with medical equipment to patients and staff. Obtain feedback about medical devices’ functionality and areas of improvements from equipment users in the Hospitals and Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs). Proactively participates in team inter-communications and continuously brings up new idea’s to improve team performance. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager. Duties And Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and repair a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, and hydraulic equipment, to include patient monitors, defibrillators, medical imaging equipment (X-rays, CT scanners, and ultrasound equipment), voice-controlled operating tables, electric wheelchairs, as well as other sophisticated dental, optometric, and ophthalmic equipment. Perform routine scheduled maintenance to ensure that all equipment is in good working order. Perform safety checks and train practitioners to safely operate equipment. Disassembles equipment to locate causes of malfunctions or inaccuracies. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Reassembles equipment and adjusts precision components. Notifies manufacturers or distributors of uncorrectable equipment malfunctions to arrange for repair. Keeps extensive records of equipment checks, both for maintenance and repair. Maintains inventories and records supplies and parts. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Implements approved plans and evaluates/updates as indicated on a monthly basis. 7.Visits/contacts potential clients including hospitals, payers, families and physicians to promote programs organizes/coordinates local, specialized marketing events, in conjunction with Executive Director on a monthly basis, designed to educate consumers about our programs. 8.Attends pertinent industry trade shows/conferences to promote Company services. Prepares literature/flyers to target specific customer groups as needed. 9.Maintains database of account contacts on either QuickBase or other CRM software and ensures pre-established criteria for frequency of contacts not met. 10.Inputs/tracks account information and marketing activity and complete weekly/monthly/quarterly reports in specified format. Keeps abreast of industry trends/competitive activity and updates information as needed. 11.Completes payer pipeline and account information projects as required 12.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
The Director of Nursing has a high level of skill, knowledge, and competence. Responsibilities include planning, organization, staffing, administering and directing a broad program of nursing services and education for all nursing staff. Participates as a team member with other department heads to accomplish the facility goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with direction, coordination and management of all nursing areas. Provides supervision and acts as a resource to nurse managers, educators, clinical specialists, and staff. Collaborates with leadership team regarding; budget review, personnel management, monitoring of productivity and staff development. Ensures communication, cooperation and understanding among staff. Monitors adherence to CC and Nursing Institute policies and procedures. Promotes ongoing professional development of staff at all levels. Other duties as assigned. COMPLEXITY OF WORK: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work autonomously. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
