• Oversee organizational contract development and management activities, and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance. • Follow up on the fulfillment and make sure that the operation team is fulfilling the contract, based on the agreed conditions without providing extra services based on the client request without charging the client with extra fee. • Monitor the project progress • Interfere to guarantee that we do comply with specs and progress time lines. • Support in reviewing the contract during the bidding phase. • Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained. • Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions. • Perform appropriate administrative and operational research to support proposal and contract development. • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables. • Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations. • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments. • Interface with insurance companies regarding adequacy of coverage and purchasing needs. • Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations. • Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets. • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues. • Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
• Approach new clients who might benefit from Alkan CIT Group’s services and maximizing client base in the designated industry through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls • Responsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers’ records • Comply with Alkan CIT group’s strategies, to ensure meeting sales target • Create technical presentations and ensure it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of Alkan CIT systems and processes, and documenting them • Network with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades.
• Meet with channels/customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements. • Work closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions – Identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition. • Develop and established strong relationships with strategic clients and industry partners. • Provide product updates and technical advice to clients – Explained technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives. • Present the company products to clients – Showcased drivers and value that supported the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer.
