Functions:
• Coordinate hiring process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference and background checks, etc
• Prepare employee files and insure an effective integration process for the new employees
• Enhance the human resource policies and procedures of the company in order to improve overall performance and effectiveness
• Ensure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development
• Manage and review the employee database accurately to ensure that data and documents are always up-to-date and matching legal requirements
• Ensure the company legal compliance with Egyptian labor law stipulation and requirements
• Ensure that all employees have the necessary support and information on all employment matters
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Basic HR knowledge from the ground up
• Experience and familiarity with standard HR administrative tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and delight in multi-tasking
Minimum experience required: 1 progressive year as a Human Resource Generalist, preferably in a one-person HR department
Minimum education required: Bachelor degree

plans and objectives.
• Use sales and marketing skills, such as determining potential markets.
• Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
• constantly motivating the reservation team to hit their targets and ensure company profitability;
• meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work;
• Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
• Dealing with on/offline suppliers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven sales and marketing abilities
• Organizational and planning skills
• Customer service skills
• Marketing and selling skills
• Travel and/or management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Time and risk management skills an asset
• Second language an asset
• 5-7 years of related retail experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required
Details:
Working days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 – 6:00
Salary: Dependent on Experience.
