The main purpose is to provide BESA with efficient, creative, integrated marketing department, building relationship support strategy and integrated campaign delivery that effectively promote BESA services and events. Head of Marketing and Communication department will work closely with country business teams and regional marketing & communications team to support and execute projects and initiatives that support the regional and local short and long-term marketing strategy and ensure that local tactics are compliant, support brand reputation, support recruitment and retention of customers and enhance the customer experience.
