·Review and assess the cleaning and maintenance procedures of equipments and the chemical usage in the food preparation area · Conduct visits to audit and assess the F&B warehouse conditions and provide complete reports to ensure compliance to established procedures, requirements and specifications · Review and assess implementation of food safety and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) where applicable · Organize, and conduct where applicable, with an accredited body, training for all food handlers, according to the required certifications and/or to Azadea's Policies and Procedures where applicable · Research new technologies and resources in the market and provide recommendations on methods that can be adapted · Audit and assess all restaurants to ensure they are adhering to local rules and regulations of food safety and/or as per Azadea's Policies and Procedures where applicable · Prepare all required QA documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing all sort of relevant information such as corrective actions, failed processes, system improvements, etc. · Conduct visits to audit and assess vendor facilities to ensure compliance to established procedures, requirements and specifications · Investigating internal and external customer complaints to ensure compliance of established standards · Monitor and assess quality control procedures for food production, conservation, storage, dispatch and delivery of food products between stores or to the customers according to standards
