FEC is an Egyptian Investment Company specializes in Cold Formed Steel Framing Technology. We provide design, production and construction of Cold Formed Steel buildings. Our system can be fabricated and assembled in our plant or on site.
TheHybrid Building Systems ©(HBS©)are suitable for residential and commercial buildings; it’s most suited where fast construction is required while maintaining the same or better quality and strength compered to normal concrete buildings. All of FEC building materials are engineered and tested to work with our system.
FEC uses the most advanced technology in Cold Formed Steel available worldwide and strictly follows international standards. Our system is coded under the EgyptianCode of Practice for steel construction – No. ECP 205.
Our structure engineering guaranties strength and earthquake seismic forces resistance. It is adapted to the socio-economical aspects of Egypt and the Middle East trough a hybrid system that guaranties solid buildings.
We use Cold Formed Steel construction technology for most of our contracts because it is a very robust efficient building system; it meets and exceeds client expectations, and it complements the demands of investors, developers, contractors and end users, for public or private sectors.
FEC HBS© offers a wide range of floors, walls and roofs designed to suit owners requirements. It provides excellent finished walls and floors; solid and ready to apply any type of finishes. FEC HBS© provides exceptional acoustic and thermal properties, it is resistant to noise, heat and fire. All are achieved in 1/3 of the normal construction time and up to 30% less cost..
