Review the accounts of the clients and their ceiling Process ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain Credit Control files and information in a way that allows ease of retrieval of information and reports. Develop a thorough and appreciation of cost accounting policy, procedure and practices in the organization in order to be fully competent to undertake own role

 Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (recruitment e-mail account, employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals and walks-in).  Interview job applicant; review applications and CVs; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.  Make direct contact with Recruitment Companies.  Make survey for requested vacancies through the Recruitment companies, online recruitment, and through putting advertisings in certain targeted areas.  Responsible for arranging interviews with the candidates and the managers.  Prepare job offers and discus it with new employees.  Prepare Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD in addition to updating the Job Descriptions for all promoted and transferred employees.  Effectively participate in employment fairs to build employer branding.  Assist in conducting Competency based interviews.  Effectively apply all GSM forms related to recruitment and hiring.  Make exit interviews and discuss with the employee the actual reasons for leaving the company.  Responsible for issuing the HR Newsletter on quarterly basis.  Responsible to implement the data of newly hired and promotion for the employees in the HRMS & Oracle .  Assists in fulfilling all departments request for trainees and ensure completing all GSM requirements for the Trainee system.
