 Assist in planning, developing and implementing the requirement and requisition plan for both the Supply, Demand and the Production departments to ensure meeting the agreed upon organizational performance plans within allocated budgets and lead-times.  Coordinates with suppliers the quantities of the supplied materials and the terms of delivery.  Assist in Negotiating payment terms and delivery methods.  Arranging with the supplier the required documentations for goods clearance.  Assist in Follow-up on the clearance procedures & documentations receive and ensuring the arrival of the shipments in good conditions to the sites.  Bid assessment and cooperating in taking decisions on best offers provided.  Maintain section operational documents and reports.  Coordinating among different departments (Supply, Demand, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance) to ensure smooth operation.

Sales Implementation:  Follow up on all customers and conduct regular visits to ensure satisfying their needs and handling their requirements. Pursue new businesses and demonstrate product portfolio to potential clients.  Responsible on conducting sales visits and or sales calls (telesales) as instructed by his direct supervisor in order to achieve the sales target. Sales Tactics:  Implement approved sales tactics and operational plans for various areas and channels within responsibility, including pricing and discount strategies, and other related sales strategies. Customer Service & Relationship  Satisfy all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in market share. New Customers:  Responsible for achieving the sales targets and plans in relation to soliciting and establishing supply agreements with potential customers in line with own department strategy and plans.  Responsible for building close relationships with potential and new customers to ensure satisfying needs and expectations. Competitor Activity:  Report sales trends and competitor activity in order to determine effectiveness of sales plans and strategies. Makes necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage. Sales Results:  Monitor and report sales results against set targets and plans, and implement necessary actions to ensure achieving the targets.  Seek own manager assistance and guidance in necessary cases to ensure achieving sales targets and plans. Customer Satisfaction and Complaints:  Responsible for handling customer complaints in efficient and professional manner within FS policies and systems.  Responsible for coordinating with own manager to measure and analyse customer satisfaction and implement necessary actions required.

 Responsible for the daily sales activities in different markets.  Following the payments of different clients and applying the company's financial policies strictly.  Builds long term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities.  Identifies, defines and reports on evolving customer needs in order to proactively prepare for future product demands.  Responsible for updating the Freight Matrix monthly for all destinations.  Prepare for the freight invoices according to Company rules and guarantee on time payment.  Following up the loading process and guarantee the smoothness and effectiveness of the process to achieve the Company's monthly, quarterly and annual loading targets.  Revise the daily loading orders.  Organize with Jordan site the orders and stocks of sister companies.  Following up status of stock for his areas.  Follow the pending orders and follow up the Production Department on daily basis concerning the countries he is responsible for.

Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software and equipment in the factory and distribute the work on the staff. Assists the Technical Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans. Analyse and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers. Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager. Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget. Prioritises and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area. Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood and complied with by all technicians and assistants. Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, down-time and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements. Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities. Participate in all the meetings of the department. Prepare a report of the needs of the factory from spare parts. Analyse and improve the maintenance process of any electrical equipment in the factory. Lead the technicians in performing their tasks ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. Conduct on the job training for technicians to improve their technical competencies level.
