 Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System, handling any ticketing issues that face the customers regarding the rebooking and the refund in order to guarantee the best customer experience and satisfaction  Receiving calls and assist clients to confirm/ change/ cancel bookings  Assisting with customer’s inquiries and concerns, like notifying about luggage limits/ visas/ passport requirements  Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions.  Discussing the client’s requirements and advising on suitable options  Managing customer’s profile and using multiple search techniques and tools.  Following company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer alternative solutions and fulfill the customer’s needs and expectations.  Handling inbound and outbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining departments goal.  Preparing and locating records and information to customers
