1. Responsible for achieving sales targets by presenting the company services & products to current and potential clients, and ensuring the highest rate of client satisfaction. 2. Pro actively approaches existing and potential clients, and stays up-to-date of all announced tenders & new projects related to ICON’s industry. 3. Prepares and delivers presentations to clients to promote the company services offerings. 4. Processes clients’ technical requirements through submitting their requests to the tendering support, then follows up to finalize the financial proposal to be submitted to the client as per required specifications. 5. Finalizes contractual agreements with clients, confirms the quotation with the client and hands-over to the sales support to take over. 6. Ensures that all requested information & documents for tenders and proposals are submitted correctly in a timely and efficient manner. 7. Stays abreast of the latest market trends, competition and varying client needs in order to help the Commercial Manager in identifying the new investment and expansion opportunities. 8. Develops and continuously updates a comprehensive customer database, and maintains close relationships with customers to build sustainable work relationship with clients. 9. Prepares regular sales reports to present progress vs. plans, and share market information with own team to support decision making by superiors.
