    Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts assigned suppliers to ensure achieving targets. Compare sales trends, actual stock and remaining of purchase plan to achieve days of inventory target to specialist Ensure & monitor with key accounts suppliers, operations and purchasing teams regarding escalated issues regarding collecting free units, goods flow, expire and damage claims to ensure achieving pre-set targets to maintain the company's rights. Analyze the achievement of different targets regularly to ensure achieving it. Ensure adhering to department SOPs regarding managing the Purchasing Process from Purchase Order to Receiving by Warehouses. Follow up & ensure getting all useful data from key accounts suppliers (Production shortage, Rare items quota, promotions, Price increase………..) that may enhance the Planning Section decision making ability to allow accurate sales forecast. Ensure collecting all claims that may result from the process of sales (E, B damages, Deals and FU). Visits suppliers to focus on items availability and guarantee that IBN SINA will be existed in all new other tenders. MOH Review & modify tactics and ensure of its implementation regarding releasing the overstock and Stagnated items to ensure all items matching with company & supplier’s preset criteria. Guarantees IBN SINA market share from the assigned key accounts suppliers are matching its targeted market share and take appropriate corrective actions as needed. Follow up all commercial activities with assign suppliers to push supplier sales & Gain market share and resolve all escalated problems. Develop frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to direct manager. Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system. Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
