    Our client is a leading Provider of Airport Services in KSA. They are currently looking to recruit a Learning and Talent Management Department Head for their offices in Jeddah
    Report to : Chief Human Resources Officer
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company HR strategy
    • Ensure alignment of Learning and Talent Management Department’s strategy and plans in shaping and implementing the company HR strategy
    • Lead the development and implementation of the Learning and Talent Management Department’s plan, policies, procedures, and processes
    • Monitor performance of the Learning and Talent Management Department against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis. Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with the company corporate priorities
    • Develop and monitor the annual Learning and Talent Management Departments budget in alignment with the overall HR budget and with the Finance function
    • Manage the implementation of the learning and talent development plan to ensure its compliance with leading practices including career planning, training and development, performance management, and succession planning
    • Supervise the design of talent management programs to retain and develop high potential employees and incumbents of critical positions
    • Liaise with functional heads to ensure identification of potential key roles/jobs and high-potential candidates who will go through the high potential program (once developed)
    • Develop guidelines for in-house learning taking place at stations and ensure that these learning interventions are aligned to the Learning and Talent Management plans and initiatives
    • Collaborate with IT to establish and maintain a learning and development platform and enable effective learning online
    • Direct the development of flexible (Technical and Managerial) career paths and succession planning methods that will focus on alignment of talent and opportunities by looking into the internal and the external recruiting pipelines
    • Develop, update, and maintain a competency model for the company catering for Leadership, Behavioural, and Technical elements of the organisation
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a Performance Management system across the company, based on leading practices
