    Examining financial and income statements, balance sheets, internal audit, cash flow projections and quarterly principal P L to ensure accuracy and reduce cost as well as budget compliance. Directing financial accounting activities such as invoicing, refunds, payroll management, collection of accounts receivables. Monitoring and managing banking relationships.Overseeing budgeting, cost control and accounting proceduresVerifying sales and purchasing contracts, accounting program transactions to assert company and accounting guidelines and methods. Liaising with external auditors in reference to key compliance issues to maintain balance and precision in company accounts. Supervising documentation systems, policy drafting, administrative office work and employees Tracing department progress, disbursements of departments, and performing statistical analysis of financial records to forecast future expenditures.
