    Reviewing work performances motivating the staff to work effectively. Assisting the management in the development and implementation of policies. Planning, developing and facilitating changes in procedures, forms and practices, work flows. Overseeing personnel administrative tasks like hiring and promotion process, supervising the training of new employees and the ongoing training of other employees. Regularly meeting with the staff to exchange information and to discuss issues affecting the office.Managing effectively the Support Services 40 HR, IT and Finance 41 by improving coordination and communication between support and business functions. Implementation of procedures, records management, collection and reporting of statistics, and accounting functions. Assisting the client servicing team in revenue generation.
