    DMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Administrative support to multiple members of the leadership team

    - Think and plan several steps ahead; prepare your thoughts, and prioritize the right details in your work, proactively managing potential issues;

    - Ability to exercise judgement, maintain confidentiality, and a high level of discretion

    - Conserve the team's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; support internal and external communication; preparing and designing presentations for company wide meetings and speaking engagements

    - Build effective relationships with every team; observe workplace dynamics and keep leaders updated on what is occurring in the environment

    - Manage all company travel and logistics


    OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Office management: ensure all office supplies are ordered and stocked at all times; manage deliveries

    - Operations: help maintain the appearance of the office, conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas; be a set of eyes on all things office, vendors, security, and facilities

    - Food: manage the company food program, including snacks and dinner

    - Events: organize monthly happy hours, team building activities, summer and holiday parties with employees and families, and ad hoc events

    - IT: proactive AV support; knowledge and application of meeting collaboration tools; manage computer asset inventory and support hardware purchasing

متطلبات الوظيفة

    QUALIFICATIONS

    - 1 to 5 years in an administrative role supporting senior management

    - Working experience in start-ups, high-growth, and/or innovative environments

    - Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn, and encouraging

    - A thoughtful, fearless, and articulate communicator, both written and verbal

    - Superior organizational skills; outstanding attention to detail; composed under pressure; flexible and resourceful

    - High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

    - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, can balance taking direction and working collaboratively on teams as well as being highly independent on daily tasks and assigned programs

    - A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude

    - Easily builds relationships across all levels of a company and considered a facilitator and connector.

    - Good listening skills that allow you to quickly build trust and empathy with coworkers.

    - A strong sense of urgency and personal accountability; you take the initiative to make things happen

    - Professionalism in every interaction; respectful, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
