-Performs day-to-day Human resources management activities. -Handles the recruitment and selection process including the development of job advertisements, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates. -Identify sourcing channels, develops candidates pool and maintains an updated recruitment database. -Conducts employee orientation, facilitates new hires joining formalities and updates records with new hires Maintains and regularly updates master database of each employee. -Records, tracks and monitors employees’ daily attendance according to policies to ensure accurate payroll administration. -Calculates employees’ vacations and permissions to ensure compliance to laws and internal regulations. -Supervises the preparation and implementation of the of the performance appraisal process. -Administers compensation and benefit plans. -Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. -Maintains HR records, such as those related to compensation and benefits to identify the company position in the labor market. Coordinate training sessions, seminars and team building events. -Assists with processing of terminations. -Keeps updated employee records and files documents into appropriate employee files.
