SHIFT training and consultancy was established based on the ‘'shifting idea'' that had been incubated for nearly a decade. The founders had been working in the business training and consultancy field for years with the feeling that ‘'something is missing''. Having the practical business experience along with the academic studies, the missing spot started to be clearly identified in their minds.
A SHIFT is needed to bridge the gap separating knowledge uptake and practical execution. Theories exist, but some still need localization and customization to the local environment where they are applied. Other theories and principles still need an implementation ‘'recipe''.
