We aim for a long relationship with our clients, so, we start our process by conducting a site survey, if possible, to be acquainted with our client’s culture. To ensure the best fit of the candidate to the vacant position; we start our process by conducting a site/phone survey with our clients for better understanding of the internal common culture, and as per the job profile we received and other standard formats, we start our recruitment process which includes the following:
•Act on behalf of our clients, or Assist, in handling the Job Ad, Participate in Employment Fair, or any other source for searching for candidates in the marketplace.
•Manage the Screening process for all CV’s based on the job profile and essential competencies/skills.
•Conduct Phone Interview with screened CV’s
•Manage the Face to Face Interview with all the first short list after phone interview.
•Provide essential Tests, i.e. English, Computer, IQ; in addition to many other kinds of tests that support selecting the best fit candidate for the required position. (n.b. the English, Computer & IQ tests are essential requirements by Step Up System and we provide it as part of our process)
•Provide the short listed candidates up to 5 CV’s to our client including our evaluation and test results.
