1. Closely managing and monitoring the progress in showroom sales targets achievement 2. Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams 3. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services; 4. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements; 5. persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; 6. calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
1. Maintains all records, files, and documentation for account transactions in accordance with company record keeping retention guidelines 2. Compile financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. 3. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 4. Assist in the daily operations and in accounts payable and receivable processing. 5. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. 6. Resolve accounting discrepancies. 7. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems. 8. Organizing own work, setting priorities and meeting deadline. 9. Other duties as assigned.
