• Help in designing research methods such as interviews and questionnaires • Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research • Develop, train and manage Satisfaction survey teams • Prepare budgets for projects assigned by the HOD • Supervising the survey team • Monitoring work progress by laying out effective daily targets in accordance to work load and timelines • Writing reports, including client recommendations and suggestions • Analyzing, translating and presenting results to your immediate leader • Archiving reports for future reference • Work closely with the management to implement strategies with the team • Assist in Market insight and other research contents related to market Insight or Consumer Insight • Assist in investigating market activity by conducting product mapping • Evaluating past performance of a product or service's through time to time Satisfaction survey projects • Prepare and assign Individual consumer list to the Satisfaction Survey team • Monitoring and evaluating individual daily targets of the satisfaction survey team by addressing discrepancies on a timely basis to ensure the projects run smoothly and timelines are up to date. • Meets regularly and concisely communicate with the Satisfaction Survey and Special projects team leader(s) to lay down project guidelines and schedules • You will be required to travel from time to time, when there are no consumer surveys, for other out of town responsibilities (OMI – Outside Market Insight) • Analyze competitor activities and conduct OMI according to the directive of the HOD in any assigned regions within the country

1. In charge of all accounting and financial affair, implement group financial policy and enhance internal financial control locally. 2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of local financial accounting, guarantee the company operation is in line with external legal and tax compliance requirement. 3. In charge of monthly financial reporting according to group consolidation requirement. 4. Assist in regular business planning and review process, including budget-making, preparation of monthly/quarterly management reporting by BU with financial highlights and key trends which adhere to the operation KPI & budgetary plans. 5. Act as a business partner, responsible for operating business analysis, involve in decision making and provide professional financial opinion and solution to support rapid growth of business need. 6. Maintain good relationship with bank, tax authorities, external auditor and etc. 7. Recruit, train and develop local financial team to achieve a good performance level.

According to the product demands, organize the users to take part in the brainstorming, organize and output the analysis; 3. Pay attention to the industry information, competitive products in local, and the social focus, organize and output the reports; 4. Complete some other tasks assigned by the leader.
