Senior Marketing Managers should be creative individuals with fantastic interpersonal skills. They must be extremely motivated and possess strong leadership skills. Job description • Leading a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery of marketing, originations and servicing operations • Identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness and purchase intent or our core products • Develop marketing plans that make a significant contribution to the overall business plan • Designing new and manage credit assessment and servicing process and policies, starting with the internal or external customer and working backwards to requirements development and delivery to launch • Analyzing data sets quickly to identify complex patterns and relationships resulting in operational solutions to real business problems in the areas of credit assessment, servicing and marketing. • Lead development of high velocity marketing strategy and execute tactics to drive growth by identifying opportunities, creating, and managing marketing campaigns, go-to-market programs and promotions around high velocity offerings • Partner closely with our cross-functional teams (corporate marketing, pmm, channel marketing, sales) to identify, prioritize and produce programs with consistent positioning and messaging • Create partner & digital channel-ready demand creation programs & materials designed to drive awareness, trial and purchase • Build and drive engagement programs • Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure, analyze and adjust campaigns based on performance. Assess campaign effectiveness by product, medium, source, offer type, and target audience • Use test, measure, learn approach to iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results • Research and select appropriate agencies to ensure successful and timely project completion • Develop relevant demand metrics and measurement to quantify program impact (partner and direct). • Educate and work with stakeholders across the business and with our partners to implement the strategy, initiatives and programs. • Ensure effective and frequent internal communication of key initiatives.
1- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department. 2- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers. 3- Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation. 4- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. 5- Communicating with supplier for best offer cash or credit 6-Preferably owns a car
