• The Customer Service Representative assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating, retained loyal customers. The CSR handles day-to-day center operations and performs administrative functions. Other responsibilities include supporting retention and acquisition sales functions.
• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles and focused on the interests and needs of the students • Working with privates and groups of different sizes at off-site locations (Corporates) • Integrate learning technology into teaching programs, as required by the curriculum. • Assess existing and prospective customers’ level of proficiency. • Provide evaluation for progress reports and certificates • Provide effective feedback and advice; recommending appropriate product services to meet customers’ need • Maintain an impeccable customer focus in the delivery of all duties
• The YL English Instructor Facilitates young learners’ classes, in an engaging manner maintaining the Berlitz methodology • Delivers learner-centred, goal-oriented lessons using the Berlitz Method® and established teaching principles • Teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced level young learners (4 - 17 y/old) in groups and private lessons, both at the Language Centers • Supports implementation of the Berlitz Learning Cycle at all levels of instruction
• Help businesses grow by developing a go-to market strategy that will promote the brand • Seek new business opportunities and drive sales forward • Manage sales targets as per units plan • Develop and maintain account/clients relationships
