• Implement recruitment and selection programs, plans, policies, and procedures. • Carries out recruitment functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests. • Interview candidates for open positions and performs exit interviews with terminating employees. • Administers internal job posting program. • Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants. • Develops and manages on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs. • Maintains and updates recruitment activities data. • Developing various HR policies and procedures for management approvals and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness. • Review and enhance the Company policies and procedures manual to ensure that they are updated. • Designing, Maintaining and updating the organization charts with new hires, resignations, transfers, promotions or rotations and notify the concerned departments. • (SAP Database). • Designing & conducting the job analysis process. • Review and update Job Descriptions along with their technical competencies and review them on annual bases. • Formulating the job description and an individual KPIs sheet for each job. • Participating in creating and developing a performance management plan.
