To conduct market research and identify potential corporate and individual clients for both training and membership services » Marketing and promotion of CILT services (training and membership) through traditional and online mediums including social media. To schedule, attend meetings and follow up with potential clients » To assist in the design and development of promotional and marketing material e.g. brochures, pamphlets, presentations etc. » To draft minutes of meetings and reports which can be useful for decision-making » To help and assist in conducting and holding corporate conferences and seminars. » Handling all queries and doubts of the clients regarding the CILT services
To provide general administrative assistance to the CILT team » To be the first point of contact for all enquiries and responding to them or directing them as appropriate. » To develop and maintain CILT files and records » To Greet visitors (clients, members, trainers etc.) » To attend meetings and take minutes » To manage CILT schedule of events and trainings » To manage the training logistics: 1.
