Job Purpose: We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager who will partner with our clients and ensure their long-term success. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities and retaining customers. You Will Do: - Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts. - Handle all correspondences with clients and advise on solution best practices. - Responsible for the on-boarding process and dashboard training. - Prepare reports on account status and track key account metrics. - Coordinate and report technical issues and providing support on new features. - This position will be mainly responsible for providing client services and not making sales deals.
