- Conduct sales visits for new clients introducing Delta Medical and its products and identify customer needs. - Attend tender session and support documentation. - Follow-up on buying the tender specifications with the Logistics department and Letter of Guarantee issuance with the Finance Department. - Report any problems or customer complaints to the Sales manager for appropriate action. - Communicate with the Sales coordinators for the preparation of sales proposals and tenders. - Update the Customer Database. - Research information related to products, and competitors. - Follow up with maintenance department on installation. - Discuss, and plan the weekly report and weekly plan with the Field Sales Manager.
