Basic Function: The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Planning: Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans Develop financial and tax strategies Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Operations: Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments Oversee the financial operations of foreign operations Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions Financial Information: Oversee the issuance of financial information Report financial results to the board of directors Risk Management Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations Funding: Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts Arrange for debt and equity financing Third Parties: Participate in conference calls with the investment community Maintain banking relationships Represent the company with investment bankers and investors

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design Concepts and know will how to treat with guidelines. Brainstorming, mocking up design ideas Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design,production, completion, and delivery. Work closely with Marketing Coordinator to keep all projects on track. Completion of other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Revise the shipments contents before shipping. • Prepare the shipments AWBs & invoices. • Take the required arrangements to release the shipments from customs. • Work closely with other teams to solve any issues related to the shipments. • Follow up the purchased items on daily basis. • Update the tracking details & estimate delivery of each item. • Follow up the shipments movement till delivery to the warehouse. • Contact the websites in case of shipping delay to accelerate shipping. • Follow up the delayed item at the warehouse and contact them in order to be shipped to its destination. • Follow up the damage/missing items at the warehouse and take the appropriate action with the Websites. • Take the required arrangements in order to return item (s) to the websites if needed. • Reply to the customer inquiries and complains through the tickets system.
• Managing all online marketing activities by utilising techniques including re targeting, social advertising, SEM, SEO, PPC and web analytics. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company, and managing the online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. • Bring big ideas to push the brand forward • Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel, Adwords and community management, content creation, promotions, partnerships, influence outreach initiatives, online events, etc. • Ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks while making each piece of content endemic to the platform. • Serve as key day-to-day community and implementation manager and troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Create daily, weekly and monthly channel performance reports • use analytics and prepare the metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on reporting needs • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
