• As a social media moderator, continuously monitor each post or upload on our social media platforms and decide whether or not it requires a response. • Rotate through each channel to check new uploads, engage with the community, investigate issues, provide customer support, or respond to inquiries. • Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date. • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes. • Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Communications team
•Continuously scan the online job market of trends and youth opportunities •Collect the resumes of participants in running and recent JPTP to support their job-finding efforts. •Revise and review the collected CV under the supervision of the Senior Programs Associate. •Advise the resume holders on where and how to find jobs according to their CVs. •Support the Senior Programs Officer identify relevant job opportunities and the related HR contacts •Support with monthly employment/job placement reports. •Follow up tasks including following up with the employers for different feedbacks and with the applicants/candidates from the graduates. •Assist in representing the function in job fairs and different events. Full-time Preferably with Good English and have some knowledge of HR. Males are preferred.
