• The Programs Manager will oversee the implementation of all EFE-Egypt programs. They will be responsible • for coordinating with various EFE-Egypt Operational Departments to ensure that all EFE-Egypt programs 69 are • Implemented in a high-quality, efficient, and timely manner. They will lead all EFE-Egypt ’s participant sourcing • Efforts. Finally, they will seek to expand EFE-Egypt ’s partnerships with educational partners, such as public • Universities across Egypt. Job Description: • Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Programs Manager will be responsible for: • Overseeing the implementation of EFE-Egypt programs by: • Designing implementation plans aligned with different projects’ objectives, timelines, and • deliverables in collaboration with the Grants Management Department; • Liaising with the Training Department to ensure classes are scheduled, and trainers are • secured as per agreed upon implementation plans; • Liaising with EFE-Egypt Venue Administrator to ensure venue availability for all EFE-Egypt • Classes; • Leading, planning, and documenting weekly team coordination meetings. • Leading EFE-Egypt ’s participant sourcing through the following activities: • Designing participant outreach plans in coordination with EFE-Egypt ’s Programs Associate • And Communications Department; • Ensuring the execution of participant outreach plans on a monthly basis; • Seeking partnerships to expand EFE-Egypt participant outreach efforts; • Leading the analysis of participant outreach efforts by tracking the number of potential • Applicants reached, applied, registered, and enrolled in EFE-Egypt’s programs. • Serving as the main point of contact with EFE-Egypt educational partners through the following • activities: • Identifying potential educational partners to support the implementation of EFE-Egypt • University-focused programs; • Establish and maintain partnerships with educational partners, such as public universities • Across Egypt, to support the implementation of programs. • Leading the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) efforts of all programs through the following: • Developing program-specific monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools in line with EFE’s • standard M&E requirements; • Tracking program enrollment, graduation, job placements and employer pre-commitments • via M&E tools with support from the Programs Associate. • Carrying out other duties and assignments delegated by the CEO as needed.

The Partnerships and Communications Manager will be responsible for overseeing, strengthening and enriching EFE-Egypt’s brand identity, employer relations and alumni support.
