- يدرب الموظفين الجدد على العمل وما يطرأ من أى مستجدات للعمل والتحديث مع الموظفين القدمى. - يشرف على تنظيف الفرع وترتيب الموديلات ومقاساتها وتنظيمها والمرور أكثر من مرة للتأكيد على ذلك . - ينفذ السياسات والبرامج التنفيذية الخاصة بإدارة المبيعات - ينفذ سياسة المبيعات المعتمدة وكذلك جميع أوامر الشغل فى حدود طبيعة عمله - يستقبل العملاء ويقوم على إرضائهم بعرض جميع إحتياجاتهم من موديلات متنوعه ويعرض البدائل إن أمكن . - يشجع العميل لزيارة المكان مرة أخرى ويتابعه فى حالة وجود أى تخفيضات أو عروض . - يراجع على أجهزة الإنذار وتكويد الأسعار. - يشرف على مسئولى المبيعات فى حالة وجود أى مشاكل لحلها فى ادائهم وترتيبهم للعمل من الأرفف والأدوات ومن صرف الموديلات المطلوبة والناقص منها وطلبه من المخازن. - يساعد فى ويشرف على ترتيب الموديلات مرة أخرى بعد الإنتهاء من مساعدة العميل. - يشرف و يراجع النواقص من الموديلات يوميا وطلبها من المخازن .
