Job description

    Job Description: The candidate will be in the supply chain department will work in foreign customer service Following new orders, sending price quotations, entering new orders, follow payments, follow shipping Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirementsQualifications: Candidate must be fluent in French and English. Experience 3 6 years Preferably living in Shorouk, Madinaty, 10th of Ramadan city Proven experience as logistics coordinator Experience in customer service will be appreciated Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
