    Job Description:
    - Human Resources Administrative Assistant only Saudi Nationals (Riyadh)
    - SMS Country - A reputed company in KSA is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. We are a well-established communications company with presence across GCC. The position is open for Riyadh location.
    Job Description:
    • Should be able to work on behalf of businesses and organisations.
    • Should be responsible for communications, public relations, and public affairs in an organization.
    • Should know the local rules and regulations to carry out the operations.
    • Should be able to carry out operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, maintain contact lists and Provide general support to visitors.
    • Help in recruitment of Saudi branch members
    • Organize and schedule appointments, Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms and develop and maintain a filing system.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, book travel arrangements and submit reconcile expense reports.
    • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
    Required Skills:-
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
