Maintain Staff records and personal files 40 passports labor cards 41 Confer with department managers concerning employee turnover, absenteeism, work demands, and program training.Arrange schedule travel for management 40 bookings, Agenda, meetings. 41 Handle Chairman personal email. Provide accurate word processing support by composing and editing a variety of documents. Organize special events Maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
