Getting feedback from stores and forwarding the same to brand and merchandisers. Analyzing reports at store level and giving feedback to concerned people. Approving returns and exchanges. Developing and maintaining effective long term working relationships with clients to evaluate, promote, improve and expand services ensuring compliance against agreed procedures. Coordinating the management process for all staff and operatives, ensuring resources are efficiently used through appropriate planning and training. Responsible for regular store audits both cash and credit. Overall responsibility to control stores expenses. Regular visits to the warehouse. Regular market surveys and feedback to the management. Co ordinating with the brand manager for feedback on marketing. Organizing and executing annual appraisals for managers and staff. Drive, deliver and exceed sales, profit and cost budgets within region. Planning, managing and coordinating day to day operational activities. Undertaking detailed analysis of financial performance while also ensuring adherence to strict budgetary constraints.
