Job description

    Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of bespoke shopper programs with GSK Key Account customers to build brand salience and category growth. Accountability: Ensure tailoring of these programs by key account, working within their asset streams (social, digital, shop floor, e-com, expert tools, loyalty program, events, etc.) and work closely with Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Key Account Managers to ensure excellence in delivery and execution. Complexity: The role will steer team members of diverse capability and have to adjust to varied working and communication styles. Interacting with marketing such as advertising & production agencies from different cultures as well as different industry maturities. Specialised Knowledge: Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/needed by sales to develop selling tools and stories Project management - ability to pull together, manage and lead cross-functional teams Organizational ability - managing a large workload, strong analytical skills.
