Develop the HR policies and procedures, supervise their proper implementation. Contribute to the evaluation and developments of employees performance. Handle all grievances and investigative issues on the spot. Monitor measures and reports on HR issues, opportunities and developments plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Liaise with other department managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives and purposes. Provide employee relations support, including management counseling and issue facilitation. Manage the recruitment process. Prepare and conduct orientation, training programs to all levels of employees.
