Job description

    Responsible for handling of Customer Complaints, root cause analysis process improvement for prevention of repetition of customer complaints. Responsible for Reviewing the Quality Control Quality Procedure Manuals. Responsible for conducting supplier evaluation audits as a part of vendor management program. Responsible for coordinating pre shipment sampling, verification of quality of the Incoming materials on receipt of the consignments, sample retention.Responsible for liaising with the 3rd party laboratories for specific quality tests. Responsible for product release for market/ quarantining until confirmation of test results/ blocking in case of quality deviations. Responsible to update the top management about any situation leading to product recall and act as per the decision taken by the management. Responsible for conducting food safety and plant hygiene audits to meet regulatory requirements. Reviewing the processes for technological improvements to achieve product improvement, minimize customer complaints.
