Provide administrative support to the organization that includes wide range of tasks from lowest to the highest member of the organization. Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinates, review performance, identify problems with non performing member and develop solutions to those problems. Initiate informal measures to correct misconduct of erring employees and make recommendations for formal discipline. Assist in the Department Head in the development and implementation of policies within the office. Perform personnel administrative tasks, including coordination and participation in the hiring of new staff up to supervising the training of new employees, resolving unusual employee problems, and supervising employee time and attendance records. Supervise the activities performed in all work units within an office, including office management, implementation of procedures, records management, and accounting functions. Assist and participate in planning, management analysis services, budget preparation and contract monitoring. Supervise and/or perform special projects as required. Other task that may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
