Job description

    Planning, Executing and Finalizing Projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Defining Project scope, Goals and deliverables that support Business goals in collaboration with Senior Management. Defining project s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Developing full scale project plans and associated communications documents. Managing and Leading a strong team of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and ECS Engineers throughout the Project Life cycle. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear passion. Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary. Shouldered responsibility of: Preparing Organization Breakdown Structure to meet Project Program and suit Client s needs. Studying Contract Documents and knowing the Scope of Works, Exclusions, Subcontractor qualifications, project requirements and other essential details. Resource Allocation and assignments of adequate staffs including Engineers and Supervisors, to various site locations, in line with the Project Program. Identifying and Defining of the deliverables of team members. Preparation of Information Required Schedule, so as to acquire essential information and/or clarification from the Consultant to proceed with procurement of long lead equipment and materials Discussing with Mechanical and Electrical Design Managers on selection of Major Equipment, and finalizing the same with clearly defined Procurement process. Monitoring progress using tools like Primavera and Service wise Graphical Representation. Evaluating and finalizing Vendors and Sub contracts upon verification of their Pre Qualification Documents. Regular checks of Method Statements Risk Assessments for all MEP activities, prior to submissions to Consultants for approval, so as to ensure that the recommended steps are in line withProject Specifications, project adaptability and Budgeted Cost. Attending regular Site walk around with Main Contractor and Safety Officers to discuss site and HSE issues. Determining and assessing need for additional staff and/or consultants and request to arrange the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans. Coaching, mentoring and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
