Job description

    Developing and growing long term relationships with customers. Receive customer inquiries and interpret customer specifications for technical proposals. Review and understand the technical specifications and commercial terms and conditions (Ts Cs) provided by clients. Prepare all engineering documentation required for the proposal including exceptions and clarifications, calculations and specifications, technical process documentation as well as design review, validation or verification documentation. Actively work with end users to ensure alignment of technical specifications. Identify new areas of activities and regularly report on competitors activities in the monthly reports such as marketing pricing, market size, new entrants and other related market information. Managing and interpreting customer requirements communicating with the clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. Ability to persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. Negotiating tenders and contract terms to meet both client and company requirements. Negotiating and finalizing sales projects by agreeing to terms and conditions. Offering after sales support services. Meeting regular sales targets. Recording and maintaining client contact data. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Providing pre sales technical assistance and product education. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
