Plan scope of work with contractors and set up racking for a new LDC including electricity, data and supplies management. Organize stock layout to meet operational demands. Negotiate with suppliers for all relevant infrastructures for warehouse, including price and service deals. Strategically plan market development, understand the local and international standards in relation to project management. Provide training to team members in areas including warehouse operations, stock management, standards, systems, report generation, analysis and handling customer complaints. Investigate and implement new bench marks to ensure market compatibility and standards.
