Job description

    Ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for internal and external quality concerns and requests Report on timely basis to executive management on the performance of the quality system, any non compliance issues and recommended actions Manage documentation related to Quality System guidelines Implement technical staff training, guidance and motivation techniques in support of overall accountability of quality services to customers Manage training of all company personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the corporate Quality System Manage and maintain the Company 39 s internal quality audit program and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Quality Audits internal and external Responsible for all controlled Quality System documentation, including writing, coordinating reviews with responsible parties, updating, obtaining approvals, releasing, and verifying employee use of current documents as well as document conformance to ISO standards Formulate, revise, and institute company QA manual/procedures and facility standard operating procedures, including group and individual training of all technical personnel on associated requirements Identify, coordinate, and satisfy external customer quality requirements Ensure internal audits are conducted in a thorough and timely fashion in accordance with ISO standards Manage and maintain all aspects of the facility accreditation Conduct annual management review in compliance with ISO standards
