    Job Description: Assisting product manager in fulfilling his day to day responsibilities by preparing the required analysis and extending assist to outdoor sales team regarding their office assignments Accountability: A) Reports: Prepare varies product related reports to help the product manager in taking both strategic and tactical decision including sales, profitability, and inventory movement reports. Assist / prepare monthly product high light presentation for management to help in tacking corrective actions. Preparing monthly claims, and profitability analysis. Keep record of all sales team provided market and competitors information’s for analysis and tracking the market changes and tendencies. Follow up on a daily basis (LME) London metal exchange Lead price for a battery price bench mark and price forecasting analysis reports. B) Supplier: Direct Contact with Middle East Battery Company. Assist in preparing the monthly battery orders and send it to ACDelco product manager for approval. Checking and forward Performa invoices to ACDelco Product manager for approval. Send end of month inventory closing record to supplier. Send market studies and price analysis with competitor prices and required actions and support. Track supplier (MEBCo.) invoices, and payment schedule with the finance department c) Processing and Coordinating: Process and update sales and profit plan sheet with the actual monthly sales, cost, claims and closing stock levels. Process all wholesale customer orders including deliveries and invoices according to the predetermined discount rate and sales quota plan and customers delivery schedule. Maintain a customer’s database with all the existing and potential customers detail for sales forecasting purposes and customer satisfaction measures. Responsibly for book keeping of sales representative market visits and updating the customer database with the visits result data. Coordinating available batteries transfer from and to branches. Acting as a warranty administrator for batteries warranty claims in Pyramids branch and coordinating of scrap selling for all branches. Handling individual customer complaints and claims. Partially responsible for fleet customers relations while solely responsible for fleet quotations preparation. Coordinating with the credit Dept. our customer credit validation and payment term. Work as a Retail or Service counter sales representative one week a month. job requirements 1 to 3 years Bachelor's Degree at least Automotive Job Roles: Sales/Retail
