Analyze project requirements to prepare baseline programmes, monitor site progress and prepare Vendor progress reports, conceive micro schedules and create recovery plans as the need arise for the below mentioned Packages. Prepare commercial correspondences concerning planning and cost control to be used for Extension of Time Claims. Coordinate with the QS in the preparation of invoices. Evaluate subcontractor 39 s payment applications and variation order proposals. Manage collective project documentation of multiple projects, prepare and monitor submittal and procurement activities. Prepare close out reports, create as built programmes and as built resource allocation, identify risks and lessons learned. Review, Analyze, Compile and Prepare Complete application for Extension of Time.
