Job description

    Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the premises including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs Respond to emergency calls for maintenance. Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues. Develop maintenance schedules, allocate the workload and enforce them among maintenance staff. Manage the setup and take down of different events. Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues. Carry out inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Inspect equipment and tools to determine when replacement is necessary Monitor maintenance tools’ inventory and place orders when necessary. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
