Job description

    Key AccountabilitiesProvide, in coordinaon with the Logiscs Manager, needed support and advice to internal customers within area of experse to ensure aainment and maintenance of set logiscs pracces standards Ensure ecient service to the business by seng work objecves and schedules for specic Logiscs operaons and/or processes Idenfy procedures and reports, related to the assigned area of charge, suggesng improvements in order to support the ongoing development of Logiscs standards Ensure logiscs policies and procedures are in adherence to idened legal requirements/regulaons Follow up, internally, with the local logiscs teams on internal shipments and, externally, with forwarders, clearing agents, insurance brokers and suppliers on all issues related to delay of external shipments Compare costs of forward companies in local markets and recommend best deal in alignment with the group s corporate strategy Report non compliance issues to the Management ensuring mely resoluon while maintaining high quality service level Assist (when applicable) in warehouse operaons related to bar coding, damaged items and space management. Prepare exports documents for trans shipment (when applicable)
