Job description

    Handle front end/ backend activities. Plan and develop improved procedures and implementation of the procedures. Handle complaints and queries 40 from customers and staff 41 Maintain a respectful, safe and healthy working environment. Analyze resource utilization within the team and match requirement and availability for best service delivery support. Manage team absences and make sure sufficient manpower is available to cover operations at all time.
