    Involve in company formation with obtaining trade license, labor and establishment card, registering with Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, trade license renewal, obtaining visas etc. Coordinate trainings for training consultants primary responsibilities were to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training Trainer and delegate outreach and logistics, as well as coordinating with clients on training details giving special attention to participant needs and customer service Organizing training materials including participant dockets and handouts, certificates, group photos, incentives and other supplies Securing and managing training locations managing and negotiating with vendors. Summarizing monthly evaluation report for the clientMake travel arrangements for staff visa, flight booking, hotel bookings etc. Perform desk research in accordance with the guidelines provided Perform other tasks as assigned Formation of free zone company and responsible for all work related to obtaining trade license, opening bank account, arranging visas, renewals etc.
