    Manage minimum stock level of materials Manage accurate Quantities and Quality as per contractual requirements Manage Procurement Department Manage Procurement of all Equipment, Machinery, Materials and Services through contracts Manage Procurement Sub Contracts as per consultant 39 s instructions Manage commercial negotiations and participate in all negotiations with all contractors Monitor market trends prices Manage continuous Business Relationship with the local and overseas suppliers Identify the prompt and accurate sources for timely materials procurement Manage price Tabulation for prompt decisions Manage effective negotiations on prices, Terms Conditions as per Quality Procedures Manage Import Documentation, Freight Forwarding Custom Clearance issuesManage Quality assurance through international recognized Third Parties before shipments Manage Quality Assurance as per Quality Procedures Manage Cash Purchases for projects through petty cash. Manage and resolve all procurement issues to ensure the company 39 s commercial needs Manage and assist in preparation of the annual budget and operating plan for procurement that represent business planning and cost management Manage and develop direct preparation of short range as well as mid range plans and also budget for procurement department Manage contracts and Sub contracts along with legal terms and conditions Manage the continuous supply chain strategy of materials Manage and forecast the consumption of regular Materials along with year budget.
