Job description

    • High level client ownership across multiple Brand Development teams
    • Developing business in terms of new leads and go-to-market
    • Development and presentation of central digital strategic recommendations including paid social; search and display based on key consumer insights, business objectives & integrated brand communication
    • Leadership of the digital planning process including close collaboration with external digital agencies if available e.g. social agency, requiring the need to fully understand the role of each agency discipline
    • Digital client education through structured programs; centrally & locally delivered
    • Innovation scouting of latest digital technologies and platforms
    • Research and metrics development across multiple markets
    • Management and development of the digital team including monitoring of ongoing growth objectives for team members
